You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. If you have not received a confirmation email within 3 working days from your purchase, kindly contact us at design(at)minnaparikka.com. Kindly check that the order information is correct.

Payment methods

Credit card
We accept Visa and Master Card. Obligatory information when paying by credit card is cardholder’s name, credit card number, security code and the end date of validity.
Security code is the 3-digit code on the backside of the card.

Visa Electron and Debit cards
We accept Visa Electron and Debit cards. Obligatory information when paying by card is cardholder’s name, credit card number, security code and the end date of validity.
Security code is the 3-digit code on the backside of the card.

PayPal
We accept PayPal payments. Please note that the PayPal service fee 3,4% will be added to the total sum of your order.

Other payment methods
Other methods of payment, such as wire transfer, are negotiable by e-mailing design@minnaparikka.com.

Delivery

Delivery time varies between different payment methods. You can choose the most suitable delivery method when ordering the products.
If you select a shipping method without insurance, Minna Parikka Shoes cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses of goods by the postal office. We offer insured postage with in which will cover the value of the goods in a case of loss or damage.

Return policy

Outside Finland from the day when you receive your order you have 7 days time to communicate the return of the merchandise. In Finland you have 14 days time to communicate the return of the merchandise. Please write the reason for return to design(at)minnaparikka.com.
You have 5 days time to return the goods since the reception of our answer. We have to receive the returned goods in the box in the next 20 days in our office in perfect conditions. Please note that the goods must be in the same condition when returning as it was when you received it. In these conditions you may return an item and get a full refund or change an item.
In Finland it is possible to return the goods cost free via Post by writing “ASIAKASPALAUTUS” on the package.

Items should be returned new, unused, in the same condition as you received them. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

When we have received the item that is approved to be returned, we will send you the new item or give you a refund. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or your bank account. The amount refunded will exclude the cost of return (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of return shipping.
The customer is also obliged to cover the shipping cost of the returned goods.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Minna Parikka Shoes. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

We will not refund the original shipping costs unless the item you have received is faulty or damaged.

Shoes

Please note that some of the shoes come from our Boutique in Helsinki, and have been fitted, so they might have marks on the soles. The shoes are fitted under the supervision of the sales person and have not been used otherwise. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marks of use may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Security

The web pages where you as a customer leave personal information in conjunction with a transaction are secure pages. Most web browsers use symbols to show that you are visiting a secure web page. These symbols are visible in some of the corners of the page.
The personal details given will be only used by Minna Parikka Shoes in order to fulfil your order.

Force majeure

If Minna Parikka Shoes fails to comply with the argument because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes, then Minna Parikka shoes cannot be held responsible.

You must not misuse the website. You must not commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute virus or any other material, which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene. You must not hack into service, corrupt data, cause annoyance to other users, send spam or try to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this website.

All merchandise remains property of Minna Parikka Shoes until full payment is received.

We cannot guarantee our pictures to display color, proportion and detail with 100 % accuracy.
